Betterchips Consulting (www.betterchips.com) is a cybersecurity and technology consulting firm and managed services provider located in Columbus, Ohio specializing in technical and compliance matters for attorneys and their clients.  Betterchips is searching for a Sales and Marketing Manager to help develop and build the company’s sales and marketing engine from the ground-up.  

The ideal candidate is someone who is well-versed with technology, is organized and can communicate effectively while working remotely.  To be successful in this role, one must be highly experienced with sales efforts to high-end clientele such as lawyers, accountants and C-level executives.  One must have the ability to develop and build sales channels, teams, and results, and to facilitate the organization with the creation of marketing and sales tools, materials and content.  This is a multi-hat role and the right candidate is the person who can see the great opportunities ahead and strives to tackle them head-on.

A typical day might include:

• Generating sales leads and targets
• Making phone calls, emails and other communications to sales prospects
• Developing sales funnels for new conversions
• Working with management and consultants to create new marketing tools, materials and content for blogs, publications and sales efforts
• Build and manage a sales and marketing team (future) for continued growth
